I provide a large range of Orthodontic specialist appliances.

If you wish to use my Orthodontic Laboratory service please kindly follow the steps below:

1.     Please call - 07779 778339 in order to ensure that I can fulfill your requirements

2.     Download a digital lab ticket and set it up (10 mins required)

3.     Download a Pre-paid address label

4.     Seal impressions in a plastic bag to avoid any leakage during postage

5.     Place impressions and completed prescription form in appropriate box

6.     Attach Pre-paid address label and post

7.     Please call - 07779 778339 so that I am aware the item of laboratory work is on its way

My turn around time is 1 week from date of impression for retainers and 2 weeks for fixed, removable & functional orthodontics.

Shorter turn around times can occasionally be accommodated with prior agreement - please contact me on 07779 778339.

On completion of the initial work I will make it as easy as possible for you to send me further work by providing re-usable cardboard boxes, pre-paid postage stickers.

The aim is for my service to work in an enviromentally friendly way.

The boxes will fit into post boxes and through my letter box so that neither party has to make trips to a Post Office. It is important that you use and re-use the boxes provided. Once the boxes come to the end of their useful life I will recycle them.
